How do I pay for my order?
- When checking out, after choosing your delivery method and confirming your delivery details, the online payment module will appear.
- You can pay by credit card.
- When you make a payment by credit card, we do not deduct the full amount of your order.
- Only a pre-authorization is made on your account. Your bank may show a pending amount or a hold on your account.
- You will only be debited for items that are in stock and validated. If you benefit from a tiered discount, this will be taken into account in the amount that will be invoiced and debited.
- Payment in 2 installments with Alma: for eligible carts with an amount between €800 and €2,000 (including VAT), you can also choose to pay for your order in 2 installments via Alma. This option automatically appears at checkout when the eligibility conditions are met.
The items in my order are out of stock, what do you do?
For orders paid by credit card, a pre-authorization is performed. You will only be charged for items that are available and confirmed. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank account to be updated.
What are the order processing times?
- Once your order has been confirmed, we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible.
- Please note that for orders paid by bank transfer, the order will be processed once funds have been received.
- For payments by check, the order will be processed once the check has been received.
What are the delivery times?
- Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier, not our team. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of your package.
- As an indication, in mainland France, orders shipped by Chronopost are delivered the next day and within 2 to 3 days for Colissimo.
- In Europe, depending on the carrier, orders may take 2 to 5 days.
- Internationally, depending on the carrier, orders may take 2 to 5 days.
